Meet our Scenius Team

Scenius was co-founded in May 2023 by Matt Parkes and Ann-Mari Freebairn.

Matt leads the company’s strategy, client liaison, day-to-day team and project management, business administration and advisory functions, as well as delivering client work ranging from fundraising strategy and organisational culture reviews to leadership workshop facilitation and marketing programme development. Matt led the creation of Scenius’s fundraising, strategy and governance, culture and recruitment disciplines.

Ann-Mari Freebairn played a key role in co-founding the company and shaping its original leadership coaching and marketing offering. She has since stepped down to focus on developing her private coaching and consulting business.

Scenius has a growing team of more than 20 Associates, experienced in every aspect of Fundraising, Marketing and Communications, Coaching, Leadership Development, Recruitment and Strategy. Here are just some of them.
