Scenius Consulting & Coaching was founded in May 2023. Matt leads the company’s strategy, client liaison, day-to-day team and project management, business administration and advisory functions, as well as delivering client work ranging from fundraising strategy and organisational culture reviews to leadership workshop facilitation and marketing programme development.
